Enfield Community Empowerment Network (ECEN) is a network of voluntary and community sector agencies based in Enfield

 

ECEN is recognised as the main route through which the voluntary and community sector gains direct access (via the Enfield Strategic Partnership) to Enfield's local public service providers and policy makers.
