Enfield Community Empowerment Network (ECEN) is a network of voluntary, community and faith sector agencies based in Enfield

 

ECEN is recognised as the main route through which the voluntary, community and faith sector gains direct access (via the Enfield Strategic Partnership) to Enfield's local public service providers and policy makers.
