ECEN will support the representatives by: - Providing training that will support them in understanding the wider representative role, and in meeting the skill requirements for a representative
- Supporting costs including paying out of pocket expenses for attending meetings as an ECEN representative; also some organisations may be able to claim for time spent at meetings and completing feedback reports
- Organising pre-meetings and support meetings for representatives prior to the ESP Board meetings, Thematic Action Groups and Health and Well Being structure meetings
- Identifying issues that need action or need to be brought to their attention
