What support does the ECEN provide for Reps?

ECEN will support the representatives by:

  • Providing training that will support them in understanding the wider representative role, and in meeting the skill requirements for a representative
  • Supporting costs including paying out of pocket expenses for attending meetings as an ECEN representative; also some organisations may be able to claim for time spent at meetings and completing feedback reports
  • Organising pre-meetings and support meetings for representatives prior to the ESP Board meetings, Thematic Action Groups and Health and Well Being structure meetings
  • Identifying issues that need action or need to be brought to their attention
