• You must belong to an organisation that is in membership of the ECEN
• Knowledge and experience of issues affecting the voluntary and community sector, Enfield residents, sevice users and carers
• Understanding of and commitment to the aims of the ECEN
• Ability and confidence to represent a broad range of voluntary and community sector organisations
• Ability to put across the views of others, including decisions and views that you do not agree with, or do not fit in with your organisational aims, or of which you have no personal experience
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work with senior statutory officers and representatives of other organisations
• Ability gather or seek out information that is relevant to the ECEN
• Good communication, feedback and debriefing skills
• Ability to work strategically
• Good organisational skills
