There are no formal qualifications needed to become an ECEN representative.  However, ECEN representatives require the following experience and knowledge:

• A willingness to understand the issues of Enfield's voluntary, community and faith sector
• Involvement with the voluntary, community and faith sector in Enfield
• Knowledge of a specific geographic or specialist area in Enfield

ECEN representatives must belong to an organisation that is a full member of ECEN.
