How has the ECEN performed against its objectives?

The ECEN has been successful in increasing the representation of voluntary and community organisations on the strategic partnerships which exist in Enfield. To date there are 52 elected ECEN representatives working in partnership with the Metropolitan Police, Local Council, Primary Care Trust, as well as officials from the private and public sector, to improve the lives of the community of Enfield.

> ECEN Representatives

Decisions that ECEN Representatives have influenced include the support of initiatives such as Fit For Life, an exercise and fitness project run by Age Concern Enfield, a community footcare service for elderly and frail people and a parenting and counselling scheme for teenage parents.  Click here to find more examples of how ECEN Representatives have made a difference.

Average attendance at ECEN meetings, themed forums and other events is good and the ECEN membership is growing steadily.
