The ECEN's performance is monitored by the Enfield Strategic Partnership through the submission of quarterly reports.

During the summer of 2008 a Fundamental Review of the ECEN was carried out.  Views were sought from ECEN representatives, members, VCS organisations in Enfield and key partners to evaluate ECEN's effectiveness and whether its way of working needed to change.
