The ECEN is an overarching network of voluntary and community organisations. Representatives from the ECEN sit on the Enfield Strategic Partnership, the Health and Well Being Board and supporting structures.

The ECEN is supported by a Manager and an Information and Administration Organiser. Its plans for development are agreed by a Steering Group which is elected from the ECEN membership.
