What are the future goals for the ECEN?

To continue to increase the participation and representation of the voluntary, community and faith sector in decision making in Enfield.

To improve the communication between ECEN Representatives and ECEN member organisations to ensure that views from the voluntary, community and faith sector are effectively fed through to the strategic partnerships

To continue to engage in finding solutions to improve partnership working between the voluntary, community and faith sector and its partners.

To continue to play an important role in ensuring that decisions made on the strategic partnerships in the borough of Enfield really do improve the lives of local residents

To provide appropriate training in specialist areas to the voluntary, community and faith sector in Enfield

To continue to make information more readily accessible, whist reducing the quantity of paperwork currently sent out to groups

To increase involvement from small and BME organisations

To work towards ensuring all organisations, including small and BME organisations, are represented on the Enfield Strategic Partnership (ESP) and supporting structures

To agree a programme of consultation with the ESP
