ECEN Steering Group

The ECEN Steering Group is a group of people who get together to agree ECEN objectives, plan its development and oversee the production each year of ECEN's delivery plan. 

There are 5 elected places on the ECEN Steering Group.  The current elected members are:

Enfield Voluntary Action (EVA) can nominate one member from its board, who sits on the ECEN Steering Group, to represent EVA's interests as the body responsible for ECEN funds. The current Enfield Voluntary Action Trustee Board representative is Litsa Worrall.  Litsa can be contacted by email as follows:  enquiries@ggcce.org.uk.

The Steering Group has several roles:

  • Making sure that the ECEN works well and does what it is funded to do
  • Making sure the ECEN is accessible to all organisations in Enfield
  • Ensuring that organisations which are often excluded from decision making are involved
  • Planning each year's activities
  • Ensuring that the principles of community involvement and participation underpin the work of the ECEN
