Beware of Pirates Treasure Hunt - Friday 30th July (12pm-3pm) at Enfield Town Park Playground, Cecil Road, EN2 6TW. Prize for the best pirate outfit. Bring your own picnic. Trip to Paradise Park - Thursday 5th August (9.30am-3.30pm). Get up close to the animals, including tigers, lions, monkeys, zebras, camels, penguins and many more. Not to mention they have a whole host of other rides and attractions. Transport included. Lee Valley Farms - Tuesday 10th August (10am-3.30pm). Meet Tallulah and Barbara the pigs, Ella and Eve the goats, tiny mice, slimy snails, and even Newton the bearded dragon! Take a stroll or a tractor and trailer ride to the working dairy farm and see the cows being milked. Hear first hand about the Cows and Calves from one of the farm workers. Ride mini tractors, dig in The Pit, or whizz down the cow slide in the new Bundle Barn indoor soft play area. Transport included. Where's Wally? - Wednesday 11th August (10.30am-3pm). Wally will be in London on Wednesday 1st September but can you find him? He will be visiting some of the historic and famous places in London and you will need to visit them also and locate one of our spies who will provide you with clues to find him. Father & Family Sports Day - Angel Rayham Childrens Centre, Monday 16th August (10am-12pm and 1pm-3pm). Fathers and their families will do the following sports & games together: Egg & Spoon Race, Sack Race, Three-legged Race, Skipping and relay, Hoola-hooping, Javelin Throwing, British Bulldog, Rounders & Football. The choice of sport will be decided by you on the day. Fathers must bring plenty of fluids and ensure that they and their children wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Adventure Island - Thursday 19th August (9.30am-4pm). Adventure Island is the number one fun park in the Southeast of England. With over 60 rides and attractions, there's something for the whole family to enjoy. With four roller coasters including "Rage" with its 75ft vertical drop and 360 degree barrel roll, the only coaster of its kind in England, plus unique rides "Ramba Zamba", "Archelon" and "Beelzee Bob's Trail". There are also sixteen rides for tiny tots and a themed Jungle Jive Café and Pizzas of Eight Restaurant. Transport included. Lee Valley Park - Tuesday 24th August (10am-3pm). Lee Valley Regional Park stretches 26 miles from Ware in Hertfordshire to the banks of the River Thames at East India Dock Basin. A mixture of marshes, grassland, wooded area, meadows, open waters and rivers support a variety of wildlife and sustains a large population of birds. Come along and find out more. Bird watching, pond dipping, small beast hunting and environmental crafts are all on offer on this fun day. Bring a packed lunch for lunchtime. Transport included. Father & Children Bike Ride - Wednesday 25th August (10am-12.30pm). Don't forget to bring a picnic including lots of water! Dress appropriatelyyou must wear a helmet. This activity is free unless you hire bikes and helmets. You can hire bikes and helmets on the day if you don't have your own. A two hour bike ride will cost £3.20 per person. Treasure Hunt/Storytime - Thursday 26th August (10am-4pm). Two activities for the price of one. Hear stories inspired by Forty Hall and its grounds and join in creative workshops afterwards.
