Decisions on the plans for development of the ECEN are made by the ECEN Steering Group in consultation with the ECEN membership.

Representatives seek the views of the ECEN membership and feed these back to the partnerships that they were elected to sit on as ECEN Representatives. This is achieved in a number of ways eg. at regular ECEN meetings and other events, through this website, through written Feedback Reports
